Summary

We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Software QA Engineer to join our dynamic team. As a Software QA Engineer at Eagle Eye Networks, you will play a critical role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our cloud based video management system. You will work closely with our engineering team to design, implement, and execute test strategies that guarantee our products meet the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, document, and maintain test plans, test cases, and test scripts.
• Execute functional, regression, and performance testing on our cloud based platform.
• Collaborate with cross functional teams, including developers, product managers, and support teams, to identify and resolve issues.
• Analyze test results, report defects, and track them to closure.
• Continuously improve the QA processes and contribute to the overall quality of the software.
• Create and maintain automated test scripts to streamline testing processes and improve efficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 4+ years of experience in software quality assurance, preferably with cloud based applications.
• Strong knowledge of QA methodologies, tools, and processes.
• Experience with automated testing tools and frameworks.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or JavaScript.
• Excellent analytical and problem solving skills.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Familiarity with video management systems or surveillance technology is a plus.
• Experience with Jira and Confluence
