The Role

As the first QA Automation Engineer at Entitle, a company of BeyondTrust, you will have a significant impact on ensuring the quality and reliability of our cutting-edge products. You will lead the establishment and implementation of automated testing frameworks, working closely with our development team to deliver high-quality software solutions. This role is crucial in shaping the QA practices at Entitle and ensuring our products meet the highest standards of excellence. This role is based in our central Tel Aviv office. 

What You’ll Do

• Design, develop, and maintain automated test frameworks and scripts.
• Collaborate with developers to ensure comprehensive test coverage and deliver high- quality software.
• Establish and implement QA processes and best practices within the organization.
• Execute and analyze test results, identify issues, and work with the team to resolve them.
• Continuously improve and innovate the testing process to enhance product quality and development efficiency.
• Provide technical leadership and guidance on QA best practices and tools.

What You’ll Bring

• Extensive experience in designing and developing automated test frameworks.
• Proficiency in one or more programming languages such as Python, JavaScript, or Java.
• Experience with automation tools and frameworks such as Selenium, Cypress, or similar.
• Strong understanding of software development lifecycle and QA methodologies.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and communicate complex technical concepts clearly.

Nice To Have

• 5+ years of experience in QA automation engineering.
• Proven experience in establishing and implementing QA processes and best practices.
• Deep understanding of automated testing principles and tools.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality products.
• Experience in an agile development environment.
