QA Engineer - Automation

Responsibilities:

Evaluate the application and test cases to be automated. Work with QA Engineers to create a library of automated tests to maximize test coverage.

Review product architecture to propose and design tools for automation testing.

Demonstrate exceptional interpersonal and communication skills and confidence to work with senior stakeholders from development and product.

Provide release support during production software deployment.

Requirements:

• Bachelor of Computer Science or related field
• 4+ years’ experience testing applications and writing UI automation scripts in Selenium (Java)/ RestAssured (API)
• Proficient in designing/creating test automation framework
• Knowledge of Continuous integration (CI) and experience working with build and release tools such as Jenkins and Maven
• Experience in code version systems like SVN, Git
• Experience in using tools such as JIRA and Confluence
• Experience working with Agile teams
• Excellent problem-solving techniques
• Database (SQL, Mongo, MySql)
• A "can do" attitude and enjoys working within a highly collaborative work environment.
• Debugging skills and sense of ownership
