QA Engineer (f/m/d)

As part of our Dennemeyer Innovation business unit, you will join our Payments Systems Team having the following responsibilities: Define test scenarios based on requirements specifications, use cases and user stories, test our payment solutions, support the development team as test and automation specialist in order to deliver high quality solutions.

Your Responsibilities

• Active participation in the different development stages, from requirements engineering to release

• Definition of test scenarios based on requirements in collaboration with operational business units

• Test automation, integration with CI/CD infrastructure (DevOps, TeamCity)

• Perform different kinds of tests: Regression, Non-functional, Exploratory, Integration

• Documentation of test suites, defects, bugs, and follow-up on the resolution

• Liaise with internal Teams (e.g. Developers and Product Managers) to identify system requirements

• Stay up to date with new testing tools and test strategies

Your Profile

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or related field

• +3 years of experience with different testing frameworks for unit testing, integration testing, and UI testing

• Experience with test automation tools ex. Playwright, Cucumber

• Ability to read and write code (preferably C#)

• Motivated and quickly learning new technologies

• Experience on big/complex systems is considered an asset

• Excellent time management, self-organized, problem-solving, and attention to detail

• Self-organized and creative team player with excellent communication skills and a willingness to learn

• SQL knowledge is considered an asset

• Knowledge of agile software development practices like Scrum is considered an asset

• Fluency in English is mandatory; German and/or French is considered an asset
