Job Description

Job Summary:

The Quality Assurance Analyst I role is to follow quality assurance standards and measures for Information Technology services within the organization. This role will be responsible for writing and executing manual test scripts and tracking defects as they arise.

Job Duties:

• Perform test execution for small to medium initiatives to ensure applications meet business requirements.
• Create detailed, comprehensive and well-structured test plans and test cases
• Identify, log and track issues as they arise and communicate test progress, test results, and other relevant information.
• Analyze all project specific documentation that would help to develop test scenarios and test cases
• Follow defined quality assurance processes to ensure all projects meet testing standards

Education and Work Experience:

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in computer science is required.
• Zero+ (0+) years direct experience as a QA Analyst for major application integration and/or major application product release.
• Good written and oral communication skills.
• Flexible and adaptable to learn new tools and technologies
• Able to execute tasks in a rapidly changing environment and be able to work on multiple applications simultaneously.
• Must be confident with high energy and a great passion for QA.
