QA Engineer (KYC team)

Your role at Exness:

As part of our KYC Product Team, you’ll play a crucial role in developing mission-critical end-user products that must meet the highest standards of quality, speed, and reliability. These products include comprehensive user interfaces and services with various integrations with other internal and external systems.
In this role, you’ll be responsible for both manual and automated testing. You’ll ensure flawless functionality across the entire product flow, rigorously testing integrations, user interfaces, user admins, and external features from end to end. Working closely with Backend/Frontend Software and QA Engineers, as well as Business Analysts, you’ll develop detailed test cases and oversee the testing process to guarantee seamless user onboarding processes.

You will:

• Define the test strategy and align it with stakeholders.
• Maintain the quality of the company’s products, including their security, reliability, and performance.
• Create detailed, comprehensive, and well-structured test cases for the entire system.
• Analyze and test functional requirements.
• Combine different testing methods and approaches to ensure optimal test coverage
• Develop automated tests and enhance test framework and test infrastructure.
• Making regular high-load testing and analyzing the results

What makes you a great fit:

• 4+ years of proven experience as a Quality Assurance Engineer in backend and(or) frontend testing
• Strong knowledge of the testing process, methodologies, approaches, and test design techniques
• Understanding of REST API and web services technologies
• Experience in automation with Python (JavaScript a plus)
• Experience with CI/CD systems (we use GitLab)
• Knowledge of SQL
• Experience with OCR, LLM, and other ML-related stuff a plus ether
• At least an upper-intermediate level of English

3. Home test task (1 hour)
4. Technical Interview (1 hour) 
5. Final interview (1 hour)
