Your role at Exness:

As a part of our internal team of QA Experts, you will work on various projects and with other product teams.

You will improve current QA services, research, and develop new technical solutions to streamline the company's overall QA practices and related areas.

You will:

  • Design and develop test frameworks, services, and tools a dozen teams use.
  • Collaborate with other teams to enhance existing test frameworks & test infrastructure.
  • Help maintain the quality of the company's products, including their performance, reliability, and security.

What makes you a great fit:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related field.
  • Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
  • Deep understanding of programming languages. Python is required, and experience in other languages is a huge benefit.
  • Experience in designing and implementing automation frameworks and tools that can support various types of testing.
  • Proficient with CI/CD systems. We use GitLab.
  • Experience with monitoring systems, such as Prometheus and Grafana
  • At least an upper-intermediate level of English.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Your journey after applying:

  1. First interview with a Talent Acquisition Specialist (45 minutes)
  2. Short online English test (for non-native speakers)
  3. Technical Interview (1,5 hours) 
  4. Take-home test (optional)
  5. Final interview (1 hour)
