QA Engineer [Talents Bench]

This opportunity is part of a fully remote, fast-paced engineering environment where you will play a key role in ensuring the quality and reliability of web and software solutions delivered to global clients. As a QA Engineer, you will work closely with developers, project managers, and technical consultants to design and execute testing strategies across diverse projects. You will contribute to both manual and automated testing efforts, helping identify risks early and ensuring smooth, high-quality releases. The role requires strong ownership, proactive communication, and the ability to thrive in Agile teams. You will be part of a collaborative and knowledge-sharing culture where quality engineering is central to project success. This position is ideal for a detail-oriented QA professional who enjoys autonomy and continuous improvement in a distributed, international setting.

You will be responsible for ensuring the quality of software deliverables by defining, executing, and improving testing strategies across multiple projects. Working closely with cross-functional teams, you will contribute to both manual and automated QA efforts while maintaining high standards of reliability and performance. You will:

• Collaborate with developers, project managers, and technical consultants to define and implement effective testing strategies
• Design, write, and maintain automated test cases across the software lifecycle
• Perform manual testing of features and applications to validate functionality and user experience
• Identify, document, and prioritize bugs while assessing severity and potential impact
• Proactively communicate risks, issues, and quality concerns to stakeholders and teams
• Ensure testing processes align with best practices, Agile/SCRUM methodologies, and project standards
• Contribute to knowledge sharing by supporting internal learning, documentation, and QA best practices

Requirements

This role requires a strong foundation in QA engineering, with the ability to independently design and execute testing approaches in complex environments. You should be comfortable working in Agile teams and communicating clearly across technical and non-technical stakeholders. You will need:

• 3+ years of experience in Quality Assurance or Software Testing roles
• Experience with full-stack testing and test strategy design
• Strong understanding of QA methodologies, Agile/SCRUM environments, and software development lifecycles
• Familiarity with automated testing tools (e.g., Cypress or similar frameworks) is a plus
• Working knowledge of CLI tools and Git workflows
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
• Ability to work independently, take ownership, and manage priorities effectively in a remote environment
• A proactive mindset with a commitment to quality and continuous improvement
