Job Description

• Collaborate with two scrum teams and support their feature delivery process from a quality perspective. Take a proactive approach in helping the team build features that meet all the goals

• Maintain clarity about testing strategy, future and completed testing activities, potential and actual risks across all the key stakeholders

• Coordinate with all the relevant parties, required quality control efforts such as team testing activities and DEV automation

• Help the team follow the best quality practices that can enable them to create great products

• Assist the QA team in creating new quality practices and enforce them within teams

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in QA

• Strong technical knowledge in WEB technologies

• Skills and experience in designing tests, with the ability to think of possible edge cases and identify risks

• Practical experience in using tools such as Chrome DEV tools, Charles & Postman

• Proactive approach in problem solving and won’t accept ambiguity

• Willing to improve the level of quality of the product and processes

• Understand programming language at a basic level, and can read and understand automation tests

• Upper-intermediate spoken English

• Can present solutions to wide range of stakeholders, according to their level of involvement and decision making

• Experience as the sole QA for 1 or more teams is an advantage
