QA executive

Responsibilities

• Verify the individual staff attendance on daily basis
• Perform follow-up action as SOP required such as reminder, warning letter issuance, route suspension.
• Presenting data in a range of formats for analysis, monitoring and presentations.
• Monitoring data daily to identify patterns and inconsistencies.
• Ensure daily attendance registers are accurate and complete, and follow up with staff members about any incomplete data.
• Manage the process of issuing penalty notices.
• Periodically verify legal documentation stored at the station for compliance with legal requirements.
• Randomly inspect assets at the station to ensure the asset handover process is effective.
• Participate in the process of setting up, managing use, depreciation and liquidation of asset equipment.
• Identify and research new procedures and protocols for process improvement.
• Conduct a recount investigation to determine root cause if the item is verified out of range.
• Continually driving improvements in workplace safety, quality and people management and looking at cost saving strategies.
• Ensuring that all arriving stock receipts are efficiently and carefully executed.
• Participate in an ongoing basis in routine inventory cycle counts.

Requirements

• Minimum of 1- 2 years relevant experience in internal control/ audit/ data analysis/ business sector. Experience with logistics services companies will be a definite advantage;
• Bachelor/ college degree in accounting, finance, auditing, business administration or Logistics
• Excellent project management skills with the ability to organize, manage and deliver on multiple priorities.
• Excellent presentation skills. Ability to communicate complex concepts clearly.

• Competent in problem solving, team building, planning and decision making
• Ability to coordinate to lead cross-functional teams
• Experience in managing junior colleagues and an interest in developing others
