What will be your main functions?

The QA Chapter Lead will be responsible for driving the quality strategy and execution across multiple development teams. Focusing on ensuring best practices in testing, automation, and quality assurance processes are applied, while fostering a culture of continuous improvement and collaboration.

The QA Chapter Lead will mentor and support QA engineers, establish standards, and promote test-driven development, measuring continuous improvement with KPIs and metrics, with the ultimate goal of delivering high-quality products that exceed customer expectations.

• Ability to multi-task, proactive in project planning and requirements gathering.
• Excellent English communication skills, especially written.
• Proficiency in mobile and/or web application testing.
• Programming skills applied to test automation.
• Experience with FE and BE automation testing frameworks such as Cypress and Postman.
• Test case design.
• Test data management.
• Test automation design patterns.
• Experience in KPis monitoring and DORA metrics.
• Comfortable with version control tools and CI processes using tools like Github, Jenkins, Jira.
• Documentation tools such as Confluence.
• Critical thinking.
