QA Lead

We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented QA Lead to oversee our quality assurance efforts. As a QA Lead, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our products by leading and managing the QA team, developing testing strategies, and maintaining rigorous quality standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a QA Lead or in a senior QA role, with at least 5-7 years of experience.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Proficiency in test planning, test case design, and test execution.
• Experience with test automation frameworks and tools.
• Knowledge of QA methodologies and best practices.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Familiarity with agile development methodologies.
• Detail-oriented with a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
• Preference for candidates located nearshore or in a similar time zone.
