Job Summary

*This position is primarily remote but will be required to be in office two times a month for collaboration working sessions.

Quality Assurance Engineer Lead role is to manage and maintain quality assurance standards and measures for the information technology services within the organization. This role will be responsible for completing testing to ensure all system products and services meet organizational standards and end-user requirements. Quality Assurance Engineer Lead is expected to partner with project team to support Quality and performance improvement initiatives and projects. In addition to day to day testing responsibilities it is required to manage the activities of the offshore resources working in different cultures and times zones and play a lead role in mentoring them regarding testing approach, application and technical knowledge.

Job Duties

• Lead large and extra-large project initiatives and mentor resources regarding application and technical knowledge including, conducting daily touch base meetings with QA offshore and internal teams.
• Analyze all the project documentation and provide optimal QA LOEs.
• Act as key point of contact for all QA aspects of releases and provide testing services by coordinating with project management, development team, project stakeholders and internal/external resources to ensure testing is well defined, planned and executed.
• Create test scenarios/ test cases based on functional/non- functional requirement's and execute them
• Review manual test scripts written by offshore & onsite to ensure complete test coverage and make sure all projects are executed with upmost quality.
• Anticipate, identify, log and track issues as they arise and communicate test progress, test results, and other relevant information to QA and Project management.
• Follow defined quality assurance processes to ensure all projects meet testing standards
• Other duties as assigned.

Education And Work Experience

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in computer science is required.
• Six (6)+ years of experience as a QA Analyst for major application integration and/or major application product release within a Microsoft .net and C# environment.
• Experience in database testing - SQL Server and Oracle.
• Experience with Infrastructure testing.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Excellent, listening, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Able to execute tasks in a rapidly changing environment and be able to work on multiple applications simultaneously.
• Experience in the auto industry is helpful and preferred but NOT required.
• Experience with QA on loan servicing applications is helpful but NOT required. For example: Spectrum, Aspect, Dialer, IVR.

Salary Range: $95,200 - $130,900

Individual compensation packages are based on various factors unique to each candidate including skill set, experience, qualifications and other job-related reasons.
