QA Lead

Kasama is a leading consulting firm specializing in Salesforce Commerce Cloud solutions. We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced QA Lead Salesforce Commerce Cloud to join our team. As a QA Lead, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our Salesforce Commerce Cloud implementations.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Leading and managing a team of QA engineers
• Developing and implementing comprehensive test strategies, plans, and test cases
• Performing thorough testing of Salesforce Commerce Cloud features and functionalities
• Identifying and documenting defects, and working closely with developers to ensure timely resolution
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful delivery of high-quality projects

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in software quality assurance, with at least 2 years in a lead role
• Strong knowledge of Salesforce Commerce Cloud and its features
• Experience in developing and implementing test strategies, plans, and test cases
• Proficiency in manual testing, regression testing, and test automation
• Thorough understanding of software development lifecycle and Agile methodologies
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Strong communication and leadership abilities
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field is preferred
