What You'll Do

• Debug software products through the use of systematic tests to develop, apply, and maintain quality standards for company products.
• Develop an automation roadmap and helps initiate the right framework and maintain the existing automation suite.
• Empower the project test teams to do their own automation with the help of right tools and strategies.
• Develop, modify, and execute automated scripts and programs for testing.
• Maintain documentation of test results to assist in debugging and modification of software.

What You Know

• A minimum of 9+ years experience in test automation techniques for complex interdependent programs/projects.
• Experience with Mobile, UI and API Automation, Selenium, Java, Cucumber, Rest Assured, Appium.
• Hands-on experience writing test automation scripts with Selenium & Java.
• Experience with Cucumber, JBehave, Jasmine, or similar testing frameworks using BDD practices.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Should have Team lead experience – Managing a mid-size team of 5-10 members
• Good understanding of QA governance and reports
• Very good at communication and good awareness of SDLC
• Able to handle cross regional teams
• Able to review the Automation scripts and good understanding of Mobile, UI and API automation framework
• Good understanding of Device farms like Browserstack

Education

• Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in specific technical fields like computer science, math, statistics preferred, or equivalent practical experience.
