QA Lead: WoTMA

WargamingUSA is looking for a QA Lead for its growing studio with over 150 employees. Our environment is a combination of casual creativity and functional productivity with an emphasis on fun games and solid engineering. 

Work alongside the QA Leads to ensure accurate testing coverage and quality of all departments for each title.  The Int./Ext. lead prioritizes daily testing tasks such as, completing regression, organizing playtests, and creating test request for upcoming content. The Int./Ext. lead also reviews QA testers’ work, retraining or reinforcing behavior as needed.

• Work alongside the QA Leads to ensure accurate testing coverage and quality of all departments for each title. 

• Prioritizes daily testing tasks such as, completing regression, organizing playtests, and creating test request for upcoming content.

• Reviews QA testers’ work: retraining or reinforcing behavior as needed. 

• Communicates testing guidelines and expectations to external testing teams.

• Demonstrate proficiency in JIRA and TestRail

• Oversee completion of daily tasks and JIRA maintenance

• Demonstrate professional communication with peers and reports (written and verbal) under both formal (review) and informal circumstances.

• Demonstrate comprehension of the TU development cycle, filing testing tickets when appropriate.
