Job Description

SFWD is seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Quality Assurance Manager to join our dynamic team. As a Quality Assurance Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the delivery of high-quality software products to our clients. This is a fully remote position, offering the opportunity to work with a talented team of professionals in the fitness and wellness industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive quality assurance processes and procedures to ensure the delivery of high-quality software products.
• Lead and manage a team of QA resources, providing guidance, mentorship, and support to ensure effective execution of QA activities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, product managers, and project managers, to understand project requirements and establish QA objectives and priorities.
• Define test strategies, test plans, and test cases to effectively verify and validate software functionality, performance, and usability.
• Execute manual and automated tests across web, mobile, and marketing technology solutions, identifying and documenting defects and issues.
• Monitor and track QA metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs), providing regular reports and insights to stakeholders to drive continuous improvement.
• Maintain and enhance QA tools and frameworks, leveraging technologies like Jira, Confluence, and other relevant tools to streamline QA processes.
• Stay updated on industry best practices, emerging trends, and advancements in QA methodologies and technologies to continuously enhance the QA function

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in quality assurance, with a proven track record of leading QA efforts for software development projects.
• Strong knowledge and understanding of software testing methodologies, tools, and techniques.
• Experience working with technologies like AWS and React is highly desirable.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Prior experience in the fitness and wellness industry is a plus.
• Preferred: Experience in the fitness and wellness industry, knowledge of the latest trends and technologies in the fitness and wellness sector.
