QA Product Development Manager

The Opportunity

Reporting to the Senior Manager, QA Global Product Development, the QA Product Development Manager will work with and support Product Development teams & vendors in the execution of setting technical product specifications; including regulatory and design requirements for Home DDGS products. You will manage the process of validating products throughout the initial development phase and checking the approval of final product design and specification before product shipment. You will design assessing, identify the product manufacturing execution’s risks and ‘hand off’ to the Internal quality management teams and vendors.

Your Impact

• Validate Product design/engineering through samples evaluations and documentation reviews.

• Ensure maintenance of products technical file and safety certifications. Maintain business product approval systems.

• Develop Technical Product Specifications in collaboration with Product Development teams to ensure factories/vendors understand product expectations.

• Assess product samples to regulatory, design and performance standards and share with internal quality management teams.

• Issue final Product Approvals into the US Market(s) and provide the China Process Audit team with Product Specs, Evaluation Documents, and any concerns to be addressed during factory audits

• Lead and support the Quality Product Design Specialist and Product development teams.
