QA Product Owner

Location: Anywhere in the US Preference to: Dallas, Chicago, Indianapolis, Charlotte, Atlanta

Travel Amount: 10% possible

Description:

QA Product Owner with TA Digital is responsible for internal and client products as assigned by inspecting products at different phases of the product development life cycle including gathering feature requests, scheduling releases and coordinating sprints. To be successful in this role, you should be able to identify user needs and work with cross-functional teams to assist with product releases.

Responsibilities:

• Obtains the big picture of the product and release vision
• Work with multiple simultaneous projects by identifying requirements, facilitating change management, impact analysis, supporting execution team
• Client engagement:
• Engage stakeholders, facilitate workshops, conduct client interviews to define business goals and elicit business requirements
• Prioritize requirements collaboratively with business stakeholders, UX, strategy and technology disciplines
• Define and document business requirements, functional requirements and process flows/ modelling
• Determine documentation needs based on the project requirements and manage the documentation efforts
• Collaborate with Creative team and ensure that User Experience and Visual Design align with Functional Requirements
• Provide requirement inputs during technical design sessions, review design deliverables for consistency and as a source of requirements
• Ensure that project team has clear understanding of functional requirements and business expectations
• Work with QA teams to develop testing strategy, test plan, identify test cases
• Prepare UAT test cases and be part of UAT testing
• Conduct training session for a product or an implementation
• Create product documentation and training material including user manuals

Requirements

• In-depth knowledge of Scrum and Agile Software Development Methodology
• Experience working as Business Analyst / Product Owner and in-depth experience in QA testing strategies
• Good experience in CMS (Sitecore, AEM) technologies
• Experience writing UAT test cases and conducting product trainings
• Experience working in Health Care and Insurance domain
• Working knowledge of product development architecture
• Excellent oral and written communication
• Ability to work with large teams

Compensation:

The salary range listed is for informational purposes. TA Digital treats all applicants as individuals taking into consideration but not limited to their professional and academic experience, specialized training, certifications and associated responsibilities as it relates to our specific industry. The salary range listed is just one component of our total compensation package for each unique employee. An estimated base salary of $115K - $135K is anticipated for this role in the US.
