QA (Quality Analyst) Intern

Tenet3 is seeking a software developer intern or co-op to join our growing organization. In this position, you will support research and development efforts on systems security engineering, platform information technology and trusted and assured microelectronics. You will develop integration tests to verify features and performance for our flagship SaaS platform, MeTRA®. You will also develop experience with web applications, automation and cloud technologies.

Essential Job Duties

• Develop cross-browser integration tests to verify behavior of the MeTRA® SaaS platform using Selenium, JavaScript and python
• Automate performance tests to ensure that applications scale as expected
• Integrate tests with our continuous integration system
• Coordinate development activities with other team members using Gitlab
• Work with frontend and backend developers to ensure software meets requirements and design specifications
• Support the QA lead to ensure that tests are fast, thorough and efficient
• Gain experience with Django, React, Pixi (WebGL), PostGRESql, Docker and Amazon Web Services

Skills/Qualifications

• Eligibility to establish and maintain a Department of Defense Top Secret security clearance (Must be US Citizen)
• A work portfolio demonstrating clean, well-tested code (Github, Codepen, personal website or equivalent)
• knowledge in a modern programming language (Java, Python, C# or equivalent)
• Must be available to work in person in Dayton OH.

Education/Experience

Must be a student pursuing a Bachelor's Degree or higher in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or a similar discipline. Minimum 3.0 GPA required.
