QA Specialist

The QA Specialist will be responsible for ensuring all campaigns are sent error-free with minimal rounds of feedback. You will be the final check before sending deliverables to customers and must be extremely detail oriented. This is a unique opportunity to ensure we are providing an outstanding experience for some of our largest enterprise retail customers, the likes of Tommy Hilfiger, Express, and North Face!

• Develop and execute test plans against campaign requirements and specifications.
• Test email/site campaigns on multiple devices and browsers to ensure accurate  rendering 
• Test templates/campaigns from a functional standpoint: including link verification, tracking information, audience creation etc.
• Report and validate issues and defects in a clear and organized manner
• Serve as a point of contact for stakeholders with project specific questions/updates
• Document and report on consistent issues so we can address and course correct as a team
• Work closely with QA Specialists to ensure a top-notch, unified QA experience

• • An understanding of HTML, CSS, JS (using jQuery) required
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university or equivalent experience
  • 2+ Years of production QA experience
  • Extreme attention to detail
  • Experience with Jira or equivalent project management tools preferred
  • Familiarity with Adobe Creative Cloud a plus
  • Familiarity with Jinja or Python a plus
  • Experience with a major email services provider (ESP) a plus

$50k - $75k
