Role overview
The QA Specialist, Program Engagement is responsible for helping execute member communications strategies that drive awareness, positive perception, and continued engagement among the member families we serve. This role may be involved from customer implementation and onboarding through ongoing service delivery to ensure we're continuously reaching the right member, at the right time, with the right message, via the right channel. This role supports ROI for our customers by helping to deliver best-in-class member communications. The qualified candidate will be highly-organized individual with a keen attention to detail - who works well in a fast-paced, cross-functional team environment, and someone who can adapt to change quickly.

A day in the life...
- Partner and collaborate with the program engagement team members, including print production manager, digital specialist, copywriters, designers and engagement specialists - to help execute member engagement campaigns (launch, ongoing awareness and custom) to support ACCD services engagement goals and objectives.
- Familiarize yourself with and become a subject matter expert on campaign and general awareness materials as they are developed in order to quickly and easily spot errors or opportunities for improvements, and partner with team members to address prior to production.
- Utilize communications and time management skills to consistently deliver QA reviews in a timely manner to maintain an effective and steady workflow.
- Stay up to date on consumer marketing and communications best practices, and ways they can be applied to our business; continually identify opportunities to improve processes and scale efforts
What we are looking for...
- Bachelor's degree in Business/Marketing/Communications preferred
- 1-3 years of experience in marketing services, QA, and/or production/project management role or similar
- Strong time management skills, including organizing, prioritizing and tracking all phases of a project; ability to manage multiple projects at once in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication, analytical and copywriting skills; excellent attention to detail
- Creative thinker with the ability to solve problems, collaborate in a team environment and adapt to change quickly
- Comfortable analyzing data to make informed decisions
