QA Team Lead

We are looking for a skilled QA Team Lead to join United Tech. In this role, you will have the opportunity to drive the training and implementation of automation processes, including automation testing for mobile applications.

In this role, you will

• Lead the QA team and manage the testing process for iOS, Android, web, and backend platforms
• Implement metrics to measure QA team results
• Monitor and report on the quality of Mobile app releases
• Improve and implement QA policies, procedures, standards, and metrics
• Ensure that the QA team has the necessary resources and tools to test software effectively
• Design and execute test plans and test cases for iOS, Android, Web, and Backend platforms
• Collaborate closely with the development team to resolve defects
• Lead the growth and development of the QA team
• Conduct 1-to-1 sessions with team members, participate in hiring new QAs, and provide feedback

It’s all about you

• 5+ years experience in Manual Testing
• Excellent knowledge of API testing (Postman or Swagger, Fiddler or Charles, API documentation)
• Strong knowledge of databases and event tracking (Data Grip or ClickHouse or BigQuery)
• Application monitoring and logging tools (Grafana or Kafka) experience
• Experience with Qase or TestRail
• Experience in creating/updating test cases, test plans, and test reports
• You have experience in hiring Middle and Senior QA engineers
• Intermediate level of English proficiency or higher




Would be a plus

• Experience in Automation testing
