QA Tester

We are looking for a QA Tester to test all aspects and systems of all assigned games to ensure that they meet or exceed quality standards. As a QA Tester, you will record bugs and report them in the appropriate tracking software. 

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Using established methods, test games for ease of use, reliability, consistency, and absence of defects
• Execute functionality test plans and checklists 
• Log and regress all defects found during testing into the appropriate defect tracking software
• Provide clear and detailed written reports of bugs and repro steps to the development team
• Bring serious defects to the attention of QA Leadership

WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO BE SUCCESSFUL

• High school diploma or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience
• 1-3 years of experience with software QA testing, preferably video game QA testing
• Strong attention to detail
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Able to multi-task and work successfully under tight deadlines
• Computer proficiency, especially in relation to video games
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Familiar with Jira or another bug-tracking system
• Interested in and comfortable with MMO gaming
• Working knowledge of Zephyr or comparable test case management product
