As a QA Tester Mobile, you will be responsible for the creation of tests to identify issues with our software before the product launch. Duties include identifying and analyzing any bugs and errors found during the test phase and documenting them for review afterward.

Other tasks include developing and running new tests, reporting on the results, and collaborating with software engineers to fix any issues found.

What you will do at ODILO

• Use critical thinking and analytical skills to discover problems in software.

• Discover, analyze and document defects and risks in the products.

• Analyze bugs and errors found during tests.

• Document and report the results of tests for the software development team.

• Motivate the development process for efficiency and performance.

• Work with the software engineers and the product managers to enhance and improve programs.

• Drive innovation with updated knowledge of industry trends and advancements.

The ideal candidate will bring:

• BS or MS degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related field.

• 1-2 years of proven testing experience in software development companies.

• Exceptional attention to detail.

• Excellent analytical and critical thinking skills.

• Great oral and written communication skills.

• Be a team player and able to work efficiently with minimal supervision.

• Strong knowledge of software QA methodologies, tools and processes.

• Proven work experience with mobile devices and different OS.

• Experience working within an agile development team.

• Have a strong desire to solve problems, results-oriented.

• Positive attitude and ability to solve problems autonomously.

What would make us happy:

• Experience working both in an office and within a distributed team.

• Good English, written and spoken.

• Experience with non-functional testing.

• Expertise with any tool for automation testing like Cypress or Selenium.

• Coding skills in Java or Javascript/Typescript.
