QA & Testing Senior Advisor- Hybrid

The job profile for this position is QA & Testing Senior Advisor which is a Band 4 Senior Contributor Career Track Role with Cigna-Evernorth Services, Inc. 

Responsibilities-

• Define testing criteria using relevant business specifications.

• Design and develop optimal test environment to simulate real-time scenarios. Perform functional, integration, release, and regression testing.

• Determine test strategy/plan for manual and automated testing using agile methodology.

• Design and develop scripts to run automated tests.

• Build and perform end to end validation on data warehouse platforms and perform business intelligence testing.

• Validate production releases for assigned projects.

• Represent team in testing meetings.

• Work with internal and external stakeholders to leverage data and information to support business and client needs.

• Work with business analysts, subject matter experts, and developers to assist in data integration and transformation analysis.

• Participate in discovery meetings, provide estimates, analyze and validate project requirements and technical specifications.

• Perform impact analysis, document key issues, and report and triage defects. Partial work from home benefit available.

Qualifications-

Position requires a Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Analytics or related and five (5) years of experience in Quality Assurance Testing & Analysis, or a Master’s degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Analytics or related and two (2) years of experience in Quality Assurance Testing & Analysis. Must have experience with Mainframe (TSO, File-Aid), DB2, Jira, Zephyr, Gitlab, Jenkins, SQL, Agile/Scrum methodology, Confluence, SharePoint, Toad, Rally, and experience in the healthcare domain.

If you will be working at home occasionally or permanently, the internet connection must be obtained through a cable broadband or fiber optic internet service provider with speeds of at least 10Mbps download/5Mbps upload.
