QAQC Engineer

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Ensure close working relationship with the project Core Team Leaders/Planning Team.
• Lead in supervising project operational activities. Manage site operational activities to be in line with the project objectives defined by the project Core Team/Planning Team; compliance with project plans, specifications and safety standards.
• Organize and coordinate construction activities with the Site Team and Contractor.
• Resolve any on-site issues or conflicts that may arise during construction.
• Prepare Project QA/QC manual control and review all amendments and revisions.
• Manage and distribute all the Project quality documentation.
• Monitor all quality related activities on the project.
• Ensure that all work is performed in accordance with approved methodologies and procedures.
• Ensure that the project is constructed and documented in accordance with the contract documents and good engineering practices.
• Perform all internal and external audits.
• Verify and ensure that contractor quality requirements are specified to vendors and in contractor documentation submittals.
• Attend client quality management meetings.
• Preparation and control of project quality system management documentation.
• Review quality inspection personnel qualifications and training requirements.
• Monitor the status of all issued non-conformance reports. Ensure the timely closure of all non-conformances.
• Review the progress and effectiveness of the project quality management system.
• Recommend and implement improvements when required.
• Coordinate all QA/QC activities with the Site Team.
• Coordinate all QA/QC activities with the Contractors.
• Review statistical method reporting.
• Action and close all Project complaints.
• Ensure accurate project documentation, including daily reports, progress reports, and site records. Control all achieve documentation upon the completion of the project.
• Perform other work duties as required by the project.
• To comply with the company’s QA and BMS procedures.
