QAQC Operator

QAQC Operators work with state-of-the-art analytical techniques, including surface area analysis via gas adsorption (BET), titration analysis of carbon black samples, particle histogram via SEM and TEM, oil absorption number (OAN) analysis, surface energy measurement and other techniques.

As a QAQC Operator, you are responsible for collecting the quality of all materials at site and ensuring compliance to all project specifications while collaborating with other departments.

What you'll do in the role: 

• Effectively administer all tests and comply with inspection schedule and ensure adherence to all procedures 

• Coordinate with various teams to perform quality audits on processes 

• Evaluate results to ensure optimal quality and prepare reports to evaluate performance 

• Assist in setting up and doing continual training on lab procedures, certifying operators and others in quality testing

Your environment:

This position will be a 10-hour overnight shift, and is located at our manufacturing facility in Hallam, NE.

Starting pay is $22/hr. with opportunities for advancement.
