This position is responsible for:

• In-process and final product quality analyses/inspection in compliance with standards and regulatory requirements.
• Interprets and evaluates the analyses in terms of accuracy and precision compared against established specifications.
• Identifies on-going quality issues, prevents potential production issues, and makes suggestions for improvement.
• Uses various systems, measuring devices, testing equipment, predetermined methods, operations, setups and prescribed specifications to accept or reject products.

Key Responsibilities:

• Administrates the LabVantage 8.0 application at a local level through support from global support systems to maintain and enhance the system configuration while maintaining the system's validated state.
• Provides technical expertise in design, development and implementation of master data.
• Works closely with project teams across multiple departments to meet deadlines for product release and ensure compliance with company standards and governmental regulatory requirements.
• Applies existing techniques and procedures with recommendations and implementation of modification for improved efficiency and quality.
• Follows established change control procedures for master data changes.
• Performs qualitative tests or quantitative assays on samples using techniques that vary from use of standard analytical equipment to highly modern and automated instrumentation.
• Reviews and approves master data.
• Troubleshoots issues with master data management system.
• May be responsible for analytical and protocol report writing and standard operating procedures.

Minimum Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent years of directly related experience (high school +8 yrs; Assoc.+4 yrs)
• The ability to fluently read, write, understand and communicate in English

Preferred:

• Bachelor's degree in chemistry or related field
• Root cause analysis/investigation experience
• Laboratory experience in a quality environment

Work hours: 1st shift, Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm
