QC Security Field Supervisor

Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and experienced QC Security Field Supervisor to oversee operations and ensure the safety and security of our personnel and assets. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in law enforcement or military service, along with excellent conflict management skills. This role requires a proactive approach to surveillance and loss prevention, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures while fostering a safe environment for all. Responsibilities • Supervise field operations, ensuring adherence to safety protocols and company standards. • Conduct regular site inspections to monitor security measures and identify potential vulnerabilities. • Manage and train security personnel, providing guidance on best practices in surveillance and conflict resolution. • Respond promptly to incidents or emergencies, utilizing first aid and CPR skills as necessary. • Collaborate with law enforcement agencies when required, maintaining professional relationships for effective communication. • Oversee the operation of CCTV systems, ensuring proper functionality and reviewing footage as needed. • Implement loss prevention strategies to minimize theft and damage to property. • Prepare reports on incidents, investigations, and operational activities for management review. Requirements • Previous experience in a supervisory role within law enforcement, military, or security fields is preferred. • PILB License to be armed and unarmed. • Familiarity with surveillance systems, including CCTV operation and monitoring. • Strong communication skills with the ability to effectively manage conflicts and resolve issues. • Proven ability to work independently while also leading a team effectively. • A valid driver's license may be required based on job responsibilities. • Must be able to pass background checks as mandated by company policy.
