QC/QA Document Controller

At H&P, our people are our strength.

• Create, review, and maintain all QA/QC-related documents, including procedures, work instructions, inspection reports, and certificates.
• Monitor inspection schedules and due dates, coordinating with Operations and HSE to ensure timely completion of inspections and certifications.
• Implement and manage document control procedures to ensure compliance with company, operator standards, and industry regulations.
• Keep Certificates of Conformity (COCs) and certifications up-to-date.
• Collaborate with other departments to integrate quality-related documentation into broader project documentation.
• Maintain accurate, up-to-date records of all QA/QC documents, ensuring their availability for audits and inspections.
• Generate and distribute reports on document control, including document status, revisions, and compliance metrics.
• Contribute to the development and continuous improvement of document control processes and tools.
• To track and follow up the inspections and certifications base on H&P inspections intervals, API requirement, Aramco regulations and industry standards.
