QEHS Supply Chain leader

The QEHS Supply Chain leader will provide leadership in Quality Assurance, Environmental Compliance, Health and Safety of employees maintaining, coordinating and harmonizing the region's (USA-Canada-Latin America).

The QEHS Supply Chain leader will guide cross functional teams in the development of permanent corrective actions for Safety, Environmental and Quality concerns. She/He will develop and implement a strategy to deliver best in class quality, health, safety and environmental standards in line with our certifications.

She/He will ensure compliance to all hygiene and safety legislation through the application of risk assessments, due diligence and continuous improvement programs.

Requirements

• Continuously improve the facilities Quality, Safety, Environmental and Hygiene control measures to best in class standards.
• Lead improvement plans related to Quality, Environment, Health & Safety.
• Implement and Audit to ensure corrective action is taken on all identified non-conformance's
• Monitor and ensure that all Quality, Health & Safety and Environmental legislation.
• Handle customer complaints
• Develop and promote QEHS tools across region
• Compile all EHS data for weekly or monthly reporting to management

Skills

• Bachelor's Degree in engineering or similar education background that relevant to Quality or EHS
• Minimum 5 years' experience in managing Quality or EHS.
• Ability to manage portfolio of projects.
• Good IT Skills
• Good leadership skills, independent thinking, strong organizational and planning abilities and excellent analytical and problem-solving skills are essential.
