POSITION SUMMARY:

Responsible for the overall Environment, Energy, Occupational Health and Safety, Complaint and Product stewardship

PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES:

• Plans, Develop & implements all activities related to Environment, Energy, Occupational Health and Safety, Compliant, Quality and Product stewardship program of the company & related to client.
• Promotes, monitors and implementation QESH programs
• Implement QESH-related orientation, training & drills to employees & other parties.
• Implementation of the Company's crisis management plan, including its periodic testing &review.
• Facilitates management audits & review of the Company and its subsidiaries/affiliates in relation to QESH management
• Action follows as ISO9001, ISO14001, ISO45001, ISO50001 and IATF16929 including the rules of company.
• Prepares audit reports
• Relates with government agencies for compliance with regulatory requirements (i.e. DENR, EMB, DOH, BOC, LLDA, NWRB, PPA, etc.)
• Represents the company in the ESH network council.
• Working with Regional APEC operation team for QEHS related including meeting, reports, and KPI following the Company policies and direction.
• Develops the department's plans, including budget &manpower requirements.
• Evaluates performance of subordinates & functions directly supervised.

Education

Bachelor's/ Master's Degree or Professional License (Passed Board/Bar/Professional License Exam) in Engineering (Chemical), Engineering (Mechanical), Engineering (Civil), Engineering (Environmental/Health/Safety), Engineering (Petroleum/Oil/Gas) or equivalent.
