The Q&FS Data Analyst role focuses on evaluating the Quality and Food Safety performance of manufacturing facilities and at the divisional level through data analysis. Key responsibilities include identifying improvement opportunities within datasets, supporting work streams to implement targeted enhancements in various business performance areas. The position entails overseeing data management, creating and delivering tools for data analysis, and evaluating reported data to enhance the MPCNA business. This role is also responsible to provide leadership in the creation, planning, & deployment of Q&FS strategies and initiatives in response to data assessments of business performance as assigned.

  • Bachelor's Degree and 2-5 years of industry and/or Q&FS experience
  • Strong statistical data analysis capability and familiarity with plant process & design
  • Proven project planning and management skills
  • Self-starter with assertive project ownership qualities
  • Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with other functions

What will be your key responsibilities?

  • Analysis, assessment and reporting of data relevant to MPCNA QFS performance.
  • Provide leadership in the creation, planning, & deployment of Q&FS strategies and initiatives in response to data assessments of Consumer Complaints and other areas of business performance as assigned.
  • Interface with the manufacturing sites in pet care to plan and deploy the strategies and initiatives created in response to data analysis.
  • Interface with Brand Teams, Leadership Teams and others across the Business as needed to communicate QFS Metrics Performance, and collaborate to identify, build and implement mitigating strategies.
  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting for sites in response to requested support on related areas of data analysis.
  • Build and deliver the data analysis and reporting framework, with necessary supporting documentation to enable transfer of knowledge and program to selected associate(s) before assignment conclusion.
  • Mentor and coach selected associate(s) to obtain program ownership upon assignment conclusion.
  • Support Corrective Action/ Preventive Action Program (CAPA) relating to projects owned or associated with.
