Job Overview

Draft quality-related documents and/or QA tools, fixture / Gauge design, and testing program. Conduct in-process and outgoing QC activities to ensure the quality of TECMPI products within TE corporate quality systems, policies, and procedures.

Policies and Procedures:

• Draft the quality related documents (incl.QFC (Quality Flow Chart), Final Inspection Instruction, Appearance Sample Card, and QA Instruction) of assigned products to provide working guidelines and to ensure the business procedures are in line with QC and global standards.
• Support QE to design measure tools/ Program / Go no go Gauge based on product drawing and application spec.

• Provide technical assistance in quality issues analysis, investigation, and follow-up.
• Follow up with the 8D problem-solving process regarding the CCR issues and determine the rework of customer stock.
• Conduct MSA (Measurement System Analysis);
• Collect data for the process control chart and conduct process capability analysis under the quality engineer's supervision.
• Conduct testing experiments regarding deviation requests under the quality engineer's supervision.
• to ensure the production process meets the company's and customer's needs
