• Develop strategy and the management of milestones for Quality Management Systems, demonstrating solid progress to achieve target condition and goal of Quality Compliance.
• Develop, implement and manage compliance key performance indicators (KPIs) for each area of responsibility.
• Develop and sustain the Quality Management System in line with the required industry standards, accreditation requirements and business requirements across the organization.
• Ensure that all in-house systems and procedures are updated, revised and modified to meet the needs of external certification bodies.
• Manage the audit program to ensure that all nonconformities raised during audits are effectively corrected and independently verified.
• Update quality documentation and communicate to carry forward lessons learned from quality concerns.
• Develop and perform training in all aspects of the quality system, auditing and application of Procedures.
• Undertake regular internal and process audits of the QMS.
• Hold monthly audit performance meetings with the business leaders.
• Manage the audit nonconformity data base.
• Support product quality leadership in support of escape management
• Support global audit community initiatives

• Degree in Mechanical / Manufacturing / Production Engineering.
• Master Degree in a relevant field is highly desirable.
• At least 8 years' experience in Aerospace Quality and Auditing.
• At least 5 years' experience as a Lead Auditor.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good analytical and technical problem-solving skills.
• Assertive yet tactful in approach.
