We are looking for an experienced C++ Developer with a strong background in QT to join our autonomy team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining software applications for autonomous systems. Your expertise in C++ and QT will be instrumental in creating high-quality software that meets the demanding requirements of the autonomous vehicle industry.

What You’ll Do

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze software requirements for autonomous vehicle applications
• Design, develop, test, and maintain C++ software applications using QT
• Implement user interfaces, graphical displays, and interactive elements for automotive infotainment systems
• Ensure software performance, reliability, and scalability, meeting industry standards and best practices
• Debug and troubleshoot software issues, providing timely resolutions
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes
• Support the integration of software components into autonomous vehicle systems

What We’re Looking For

• B.S./M.S. in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, etc. or equivalent in industry experience
• 6+ years of relevant industry experience
• Highly skilled in writing production-quality object-oriented code in C++, using a git-based workflow in a Linux environment
• Strong QT skills with the ability to design and implement well-designed UIs
• Expert in applying modern software principles, architecture, and design
• Excellent mathematical reasoning skills, especially with probability
• Proficient with unit testing suites such as GTest, CppUnit
• Expert understanding of the Agile software development cycle and development methodology
• US Citizen Candidates must be able to pass a background check, including a favorable credit check
