Quality Analyst (POS)

What We’re Looking For

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced professional to join our team as a Quality Analyst (POS). As a Quality Analyst for Point of Sale systems, you will

• Be responsible for ensuring the quality, reliability, and functionality of software and hardware components used in these systems. Contribute to overarching test strategy design and plan; create test cases for certification and verification that will cover implementation for in-store loyalty engagements.
• Manage test lab and repository of test data. You will set up, organize, maintain, and manage the multi-device testing laboratory. You will maintain the test repository on Jira/Zephyr/Asana providing 100% test coversage across applicable testing types- functional and non-functional, E2E, etc.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure quality and consistency of product knowledge across multiple domains.

Requirements:

• Masters Degree in Computer Science or Computer Engineering
• 3 yrs. Experience as a Software QA Engineer
• 3 yrs. Experience working in an Agile Environment, designing SQL scripts, performing OMS testing, using SQL, Oracle DB & working with Point of Sales Systems (POS)

The base salary range for this position is $95,701 USD per year commensurate with work location, experience, skills, certifications, education, and prior accomplishments.

The position may be eligible for additional compensation, including a bonus, commission and/or equity, as applicable.
