Quality Assurance

As a Quality Assurance professional, you will play a vital role in ensuring the highest level of quality and services with VS365. You will be responsible for developing and implementing quality assurance processes and procedures, conducting tests and inspections on VS365 staff, and identifying and resolving any quality issues that arise. Your attention to detail and analytical mindset will be critical as you collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement and maintain compliance with industry standards and regulations.

Job/Role Responsibilities

• Conduct tests and inspections to identify any quality issues and ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and implement quality metrics and goals
• Analyze and interpret staff monitoring software intel, and provide recommendations to improve staff performance and reliability
• Identify and resolve any quality issues that arise, and implement corrective and preventive actions
• Maintain accurate documentation and records of all quality assurance activities
• Continuously monitor and evaluate quality control processes to drive continuous improvement and ensure compliance

Requirements

• Proven experience in quality assurance, preferably in the BPO industry
• Strong knowledge of quality control and quality assurance methodologies and tools
• Proficiency in using testing and inspection equipment
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Attention to detail and ability to follow procedures and guidelines
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams
• Proactive and self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
• Excellent attention to detail
• Good communication skills both written and verbal
