Activities• Build loads, manually or using a spreadsheet (bulk).• Approve PODs, after brokers or carriers upload the documents and these are found in the PENDING QA section of ACE.• Daily and exact follow up on the "Missing PODs" spreadsheet, this document is divided into two different sections, one of them has the purpose to verify if the loads were picked up 24 hours after the RTL, the second one has the purpose to verify if the loads were delivered 24 hours after the drop off date.• Support managers with other activities when required, these tasks may include approve loads, place information in the different spreadsheets like "Burned loads", "Holidays schedule", "Accessorial", build and modify facilities when required, etc.• Review customer rates and approve them when ready.
Working hours• Monday to Friday, from 8am to 5pm
