Job Title : Quality Assurance Analyst

Job Location : Tallahassee, FL - Hybrid

• Experience writing test scripts based on acceptance criteria.
• Experience with IBM Rational Functional Tester and IBM Performance Tester
• Experience testing APIs/web services integration between applications
• Experience running test scripts and documenting results, including documenting defects.
• Experience participating in daily scrum meetings with users and developers to report and suggest resolution to issues discovered during testing.
• Experience operating within an Agile development methodology.

EDUCATION:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Engineering, MBA or related field preferred.

PREFERRED SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS:

• Knowledge/experience with Florida Safe Families Network (FSFN) preferred.
• Knowledge/understanding of FSFN technical architecture preferred.
• Experience using JIRA and Azure Dev Ops preferred.
• Experience using Rational ClearCase and ClearQuest preferred.
• Experience with Child Welfare applications and functionality preferred.
