CLA is growing and seeking to hire an experienced Quality Assurance Automation Architect to join our talented Information Technology team. The position offers growth, flexibility and a collaborative work environment.

In this position you should have the following; excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate at all levels. Strong problem solving and creative skills and the ability to exercise sound judgment. Most important, demonstrate a high level of integrity and dependability with a strong sense of urgency and results-orientation.

How you’ll create opportunities in this Quality Assurance Automation Architect role:

• Provide technical direction and leadership to a team of internal and external QA Engineers.
• Champion learning, growth, engagement, and continuous improvement for yourself and others in the organization.
• Find solutions for the toughest technical challenges in the face of ambiguity.
• Collaborate closely with DevOps engineers, developers, and software architects to ensure seamless integration of test automation within the CI/CD pipeline.
• Drive innovation in test automation strategies and tools to enhance the overall quality and efficiency of the software development lifecycle.

What you will need:

• At least 5 years of relevant experience
• Solid understanding of software architecture and design patterns.
• Proven experience building test automation frameworks and test tools from scratch.
• Demonstrable knowledge of one or more programming languages (preferably JavaScript or Python).
• Knowledge of DevOps practices and continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines.
• Strong sense of responsibility and ownership.
• Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box and propose innovative solutions.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively in a collaborative environment.
• Bachelor's degree or a combination of relevant experience and training may be considered in lieu of a degree.
