Quality Assurance Coordinator

Role description

As a Quality Assurance Coordinator you will play a crucial role in ensuring the delivery and maintenance of KOHO as a high-quality product. Your responsibilities will include overseeing and analyzing weekly release-related testing results coordinating with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve quality issues and driving continuous improvement from a quality perspective. This person should have a strong attention to detail excellent communication skills and a passion for delivering exceptional quality.

Role responsibilities

• Create and maintain documentation related to testing standards processes and protocols

• Monitor product quality and testing processes to ensure a high quality standard and identify areas for improvement

• Work closely with product and mobile development teams to coordinate weekly mobile releases

• Ensure that all quality-related deliverables to support weekly mobile releases are completed in a timely manner by performing release tasks directly as well as following up with relevant stakeholders on their functions

• Collaborate with stakeholders to assess and mitigate bugs and any other potential blockers associated with weekly releases

• Pair with technical teams to investigate and reproduce bugs as necessary

• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance overall product and service quality such as reducing the number of bugs found in release testing over time and/or improving our usage of quality-related tools and services (e.g. Mobot)
