Here is what you need to know about the BlueCat Engineering team: You will work closely with Care and Engineering to provide the best customer experience for our product. We are a technologically savvy and proactive team dedicated to outstanding customer experiences. The most important aspect of this team is that we’re never satisfied with the status quo. We continually learn, adapt, and extend. BlueCat is an agile shop, so we expect you to Get Sh!t Done by experimenting, failing, learning, and most importantly – pushing forward.

Summary Of Responsibilities:

• Participate in integration testing, platform testing, and performance testing

• Investigate, evaluate, and recommend new technologies

• Test scenarios to validate and reproduce issues

• Understand and analyze product vulnerabilities

• Understand network issues and perform packet capture analysis

What We're Looking For:

• 3+ years of experience in QA background

• Experience with hardware, switches, and routers

• Knowledge in networking (DNS, DHCP, IPAM)

• Intermediate in scripting, API usage, and automation to streamline testing procedures.

• Good analytical and problem-solving skills

• Good organizational and time management skills

• Team player, strong work ethic, and a positive attitude

• Jenkins, Gitlab, Playwright and or Selenium working experience will be considered an asset

• Cisco certifications in CCENT, CCST or CCNA will be considered an asset

• BIND/ISC DHCP working experience will be considered an exceptional asset
