Quality Assurance Engineer

Our portfolio includes custom mobile apps, responsive websites, Web 3.0 interactions, user experiences, connected hardware, IoT solutions, and comprehensive platforms that enhance both customer-facing products and internal operations tools. 
We are currently seeking a Quality Assurance Engineer to join our technology group in creating cutting-edge software solutions for our clients.

Quality Assurance Engineers Can Expect To: 

• Refine use cases, create test plans and draft test cases in a rapid development environment 
• Triage problems, prioritize accordingly, and write detailed notes and reproduction steps for defects
• Perform rigorous feature and regression tests for database-intensive Internet development and B2B integration projects, and then analyze and report the results
• Work closely with project management and development engineers

Qualifications:

• BA/BS degree required
• Some level of testing experience (co-op, internship, summer job) 
• Experience working with testing documentation and familiarity with Quality Assurance methodologies
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Fluency in technical writing and software development terminology
• Strong analytical problem solving skills
• Ability to give and receive constructive advice
• Ability to support multiple project initiatives simultaneously
• Ability to work effectively under tight deadlines
• Passion for QA - we want someone who relishes the hunt and feels truly rewarded once they've uncovered something 

Compensation
Compensation at Digital Foundry varies based on factors such as location, role, skill, and experience. In compliance with California law, Digital Foundry provides a reasonable target base salary range of $60k - $70k.

Location: 
Our office is located in Tiburon CA, a short drive or ferry ride from San Francisco. We are looking for candidates willing to work full-time from the office.
