About the Job:

As a QA Engineer, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring that our products meet the highest standards. You’ll be responsible for rigorous testing of newly developed features and ensuring the integrity of our software through detailed regression testing. From error monitoring to data accuracy reviews, your keen eye for detail will help us deliver seamless, reliable products to our clients.

Responsibilities:

Product Testing:

• Conduct manual and automated testing, including in-app click paths and UI validation, to ensure our products perform flawlessly.

Test Management:

• Organize and execute test plans, document results in the Qase platform, and ensure testing timelines are met.

Issue Tracking & Resolution:

• Identify errors, provide detailed reports to developers, and track issue resolution using JIRA.

Collaboration & Communication:

• Work closely with the QA Manager, Product Owners, and other team members to align on timelines and next steps.

Continuous Improvement:

• Participate in refining and enhancing our testing methodologies to keep our products at the top of their game.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or relevant experience in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• Subject matter expert, superuser, or administrator experience with cloud software products, ideally in the financial/operational space 
• Strong analytical skills
• Detail-oriented 
• Strong English language written communication skills and collaboration abilities
• Essential – proven experience working in a remote environment

 Ideal but not required:

• Experience with issue tracking in JIRA 
• Experience with Qase
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies
• Experience with performance testing of cloud applications
• Experience with test automation tools and frameworks
• Certification in software testing (e.g., ISTQB)
