Quality Assurance Engineer

As a Quality Assurance Engineer, you will help us to ensure the quality of industry-best e-tab games and systems that meets the established standards of Quality including game design, functions, and performance! From hand-held tablet devices to Las Vegas style gaming cabinets, our array of products is diverse and advanced. Quality is one of our most important directives at Arrow and as such we take it very seriously. On a day to day basis you will work with engineering and product management team to ensure the quality and reliability of our products.

Responsibilities:

1. The QA Engineer is responsible for executing regression, functional and end to end test cases.

2. Work with QA lead, and Senior QA engineer(s) to create high-quality test-case based on the requirements, and acceptance criteria.

3. Provide updates and data for the Daily Status Reports sent to stakeholders for ongoing projects.

4. Report all defects found during testing.

5. Create defects in Jira in the approved template.

6. Attend daily stand meetings to provide updates on testing and defects.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
• Passion for QA, e-tab games (similar to slot games), creativity, and high production values.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in QA. Preferably with 1+ years of games (class 3 or class 2) software testing
• Knowledge of testing methodologies within Agile, iterative project management with continuous delivery.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with high fluency in defect tracking.
• Ability to work with cross-functional teams and senior management.
• Someone who can have fun, while testing the best in class e-tab games, able to make recommendations for improvements in processes, designs, and quality.
