About the Role

At Sinai we believe quality is the responsibility of the whole team, but as a QA Engineer you will lead this effort. You will be part of a build team, your work will be focused on both maintaining and improving a high-level test coverage of our system as well assisting the team in analyzing technical implementations, writing test cases, finding corner cases, doing bug management and ensuring deliveries meet high-quality standards.

Skills and Qualifications

• 3+ years of professional experience working as QA Engineer in a cross functional team
• Experience in writing clear, concise and comprehensive test plans and test cases
• Experience leading a variety of types of testing, including regression, integration and performance
• Experience with automated testing in all levels (know which tests to automate, and how to automate them)
• Technical Skills and Knowledge of Automation frameworks and tools using scripting languages (eg. Javascript or Python)
• Proficient in creating status reports based on automation results
• Experience testing GraphQL APIs
• Ability to run SQL database queries
• Experience with bug tracking tools
• Experience analyzing feature risks
• Proficient understanding of code versioning tools (Git)
• Written and verbal proficiency in the English language

Bonus Skills & Experience

• Load testing experience
• Experience with Cucumber, Cypress, Javascript/TypeScript,
• Experience with API Testing Tools like Postman, Insomnia, or Bruno
• Experience with Jira
• Knowledge of CI & CD like CircleCI
