Job Description:

- Perform Quality Assurance activities

o Define QA Strategy as per ASPICE 3.1

o Support and facilitate Project teams throughout the project lifecycle to achieve ASPICE 3.1.

o Identify and track work product and process performance objectives.

o Coordinate and track software quality assurance activities.

o Facilitate in defining Project performance metrics.

o Perform Internal QA audit as per ASPICE 3.1 and IATF.

o Escalation of Non conformances.

o Generate QA report and present to Management.

o Facilitate in Process implementation.

o Perform release and process performance reviews

o Mentoring/Training to Project team

- Some Travel Required

Requirements/Qualifications:

  • BE/B.Tech in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or Electrical Engineering Preferred (or equivalent).
  • 3-7 years of experience working on various standards like ASPICE, CMMI, IATF etc) in SW industries.
  • Hands on Experience in implementing ASPICE 3.1 in projects.
  • Fundamental understanding of quality philosophies principles, methods, tools, standards.
  • Good knowledge Risk management, metrics analysis etc.
  • High assertiveness, good facilitation and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Power Point, Excel, Outlook).
  • Flexible with travel
