Responsibilities
- Accurately interpret "Voice of the Customer" (VoC) from various channels. Perform tagging, clustering, and trend analysis to prioritize issues based on volume, severity, and business impact.
- Reproduce issues based on user leads, perform log extraction/analysis, and translate vague feedback into high-quality, actionable bug reports for engineering teams.
- Drive the end-to-end resolution process within defined SLAs. Coordinate with upstream and downstream stakeholders for root cause analysis (RCA) and issue characterization, ensuring timely updates are relayed back to users via CS.
- Generate periodic quality analysis reports and maintain data dashboards to provide visibility into user-reported trends and systemic quality gap
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent technical understanding of software ecosystems.
- 2 years of experience in software technical support, customer reliability engineering, or software QA/testing.
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to synthesize complex technical issues into concise summaries for both technical and non-technical audiences.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience of XR product PM, Dev, QA, User Feedback processing is a plus.
- Proficiency in Python is a significant plus. Ability to develop scripts or tools to automate data processing and improve the efficiency of defect reproduction.

[For Pay Transparency] Compensation Description (annually)
The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $122400 - $266000 annually.
Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.
Benefits may vary depending on the nature of employment and the country work location.
